Rules

• All decisions are FINAL .

• No double-posting .

• Hackers will not get unbanned .

• Any posts that do not have the format will be deleted .

• Do not have conversations .

• Do not flame .

• Only post if you have something to do with the request . (e.g. A screenshot)

Types of Bans

IP Ban

IP ban is where you, your connection and everyone near you will not be able to connect to the game . It will give you this message if you're IP Banned .



We will NOT unban you if you say, 'My brother hacked, not me!!' . If we unban you, your 'brother' can still log-in and hack again . It's your responsibility to ensure no one hacks .

Mac Ban
Mac Ban will let you log-in, get to the character selection page but will Disconnect you . Please do NOT post an unban request right away, maybe it's a server check . If you try it 5 times + and it gives you this error, you are mac banned :

3. Type 'cmd' in the text box that appears. A command prompt window launches on the desktop.
4. In this command window, type 'ipconfig /all'. Details are shown for each of the computer's network adapters. Computers installed with VPN software or emulation software will possess one or more virtual adapters.
The 'IP Address' field states the current IP address for that network adapter.
The 'Physical Address' field states the MAC address for that adapter.
